AI Sales Agent
Your next lead arrives at 11pm. Who answers?
An AI sales agent that replies within a minute, asks the questions you would ask, books the meeting straight into your calendar, and writes the whole thing to your CRM. Built around your process, not a generic script.
- Replies in under a minute
- Nights and weekends
- Books into your calendar
- Writes to your CRM
The night shift
What happens while you are asleep
A real sequence, start to finish. Every step below is something the agent does on its own.
An enquiry lands
Someone fills in your contact form after seeing you on Google. Today that sits untouched until morning, and by then they have messaged two competitors.
The agent replies
Forty seconds later they have an answer to their actual question, not an autoresponder telling them you are closed.
No one involvedIt asks what you would ask
Budget range, timeline, and what they have already tried. Your three questions, in your order, in plain language.
No one involvedIt books the meeting
It checks your real availability and offers two slots. They take Tuesday at 2pm. The invite goes out immediately.
No one involvedIt files everything
Contact created, deal opened at the right stage, full transcript attached, the three answers written to the fields you use.
No one involvedYou read it over coffee
A short summary, the questions they asked, and a meeting already in your calendar. You did nothing.
See it work
A conversation, start to booked
An example, not a recording of a real customer. Press play and it runs at the speed it would happen.
Want a live one instead? The assistant in the corner of this page is ours. Ask it something awkward.
A visitor asks about warehouse software at eleven at night. Press play.
What it does
Six jobs, done every time
Not a chatbot that answers questions. An agent that takes the actions a salesperson would take, in the same order.
Answers before they cool off
Enquiries get a real reply in under a minute, at any hour. Speed is the one variable in inbound sales you fully control.
Qualifies on your criteria
Your questions, your order, your definition of a good fit. Not a generic form dressed up as a conversation.
Books straight into your calendar
Reads real availability and offers real slots, so nobody trades four emails to find a time.
Keeps the CRM honest
Contact, deal, stage, transcript and the answers written to the fields you actually use. No one retypes anything.
Follows up when someone goes quiet
A short, polite nudge on the schedule you set, then it stops. It does not badger people.
Hands over cleanly
When it is out of its depth, or when someone asks for a person, it escalates with the full conversation attached.
What it connects to
It plugs into what you already run
The agent is only useful if the meeting lands in the calendar you check and the record lands in the CRM you open. These are the tools we connect most often.

What it will not do
Most of this market only publishes what their agents can do. These are the limits we set on purpose, and the reasons for them.
It will not negotiate or agree terms
No pricing commitments, no discounts, no contract language. Those are yours, and the agent says so plainly when asked.
It will not pretend to be a person
It says it is an assistant when asked. Pretending works until it doesn't, and the moment someone realises, you have lost them.
It will not answer what it does not know
It escalates instead of guessing. A confidently wrong answer costs more than a slower one.
It will not work well without written criteria
If nobody has written down what a good lead looks like, the agent has nothing to qualify against. Sorting that out is the first week of the build, and it is useful even if you stop there.
How it gets built
Live in about a month
You see it working against your own past enquiries in week two, before anyone outside the company talks to it.
We map what you already do
Your last fifty enquiries, the questions you ask, what a good lead looks like, and where things currently fall over.
You test it against real enquiries
The agent is drafted and pointed at conversations you have already had, so you can compare its answers with yours before anyone outside sees it.
It goes live on a slice
Connected to your calendar and CRM, handling one channel or one type of enquiry, with everything it does visible to you.
It takes the rest, and we review
Live across your inbound, with a weekly look at what it got wrong. That review is where most of the value shows up.
Questions
The ones people actually ask
Mostly about what happens when it goes wrong, which is the right thing to ask.
It sounds like whatever you write. The tone is set from your own replies, and the first week of the build is spent on exactly this. What gives agents away is not the writing, it is answering a question nobody asked, which is a design problem rather than a language one.
It says so and hands over to a person, with the conversation attached so nobody starts from scratch. It is built to escalate rather than to guess, because a confidently wrong answer is worse than a slower one.
They ask, and they get one. Every conversation has a visible route to a person, and asking for one is treated as a normal request rather than something to talk them out of.
You do. It runs on your accounts, writes to your CRM, and the transcripts are yours. We do not keep a copy, and nothing is used to train a shared model.
It can only book slots your calendar says are free, and it confirms in writing before it does. If something is wrong you cancel it like any other meeting, and that case goes into the weekly review so it does not repeat.
A chatbot answers questions. This one takes actions: it checks a calendar, creates records, books a meeting and hands over. The conversation is the part you see, not the part that does the work.
